Heathwall is a multi-disciplinary consultancy focused on the design and delivery of homes. We passionately believe in delivering quality homes for people and organisations that have the vision to conceive them, fund them and live in them. We want to make a positive contribution to the wider community and environment and we work with our clients to achieve their aims and objectives, without compromising the surrounding environment.
Design.
Architecture is where the Heathwall journey began and it remains a fundamental part of what we do and how we work. We provide architectural and design services to clients for a range of private and commercial projects. For those clients that already have design consultants, we use our design and development experience to manage and guide the design process.
Deliver.
Development Management is the core or our business. We take on the management of the whole development process, or of any part thereof, from site appraisal to design, planning, funding, construction and completion, to meet the client’s objectives. The process is entirely client driven so that although every project is different, the quality of service is always the same.
Monitor.
For lenders and investors we provide monitoring services that make the most of our project and finance experience. We know that monitoring surveying should be so much more than a monthly visit and a report, and we bring our technical experience to help prevent problems before they arise. This means building working relationships with funders and borrowers alike.
Resolve.
Sometimes the best laid plans go off the rails. Heathwall has built up a track record of taking on troubled projects on behalf of lenders, receivers, administrators and investors to get half built schemes through to completion. No matter what the stage of the build, or the complexity of the problems, we have always found a way to get the project to completion.

We manage the development process for people and organisations that own, invest in and develop assets for sale or for yield. Heathwall takes on the day-to-day management so that investors can concentrate on what they do best.
Developers.
Heathwall helps developers scale their businesses by taking on the management of individual projects, allowing the core business to grow. By taking on the work load we allow developers to increase their capacity without increasing centralised costs.
Contractors.
With experience in design and construction, Heathwall’s design and client management services allows contractors to concentrate on building. We manage the external stakeholders and designers to make sure construction is not delayed.
Funders.
Whether we are monitoring from the start, or are stepping in part way through a build, we work with funders to meet their needs and objectives. Should any issues arise, we are well placed to guide the project through to a successful outcome.
Private Clients.
Building a home can sometimes be a daunting and time consuming task. At Heathwall we understand the personal and emotional connection with building a home and can tailor our services to suit even the most ambitious of briefs.
Housing Associations.
Working with delivery partners and developers can be more complicated than it should be. Heathwall works with housing associations and their partners to deliver developments that benefit both parties, improving quality and reducing costs.

Heathwall takes the strain out of project delivery and advises on, and coordinates everything on your behalf. With experience in development management, design, planning, construction and delivery, we are well placed to navigate the often conflicting requirements and ideas of all those involved.
We work with our clients to clearly define the projects objectives. We will help balance the often conflicting requirements of cost, time and quality to create a brief that will satisfy the client’s wider objectives.
Every project is different but, no matter the objectives and constraints, we always put the client at the very heart of what we do. We offer a tailored approach and we can add and omit services to match our clients’ requirements.
