The second phase of a wider development consisting 29no. 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, this was a planning gain project. The site is to the rear of the first phase office conversion and was originally the office car park. The inherited scheme failed to meet modern building and fire regulations, whilst also proving financially unviable. A new permission was gained, adding significant value to the site prior to re-sale.
