Picture House Apartments
Gordon Street, Luton
This extensive facade retention scheme in the centre of Luton will be a market leading development when complete. The existing building was built in 1937 and started life as the Union Cinema, before being converted to various different uses. This historic building has been re-imagined into a mixed use scheme of apartments and retail units. Originally granted planning permission for 59 open market apartments with 2 retail units, we improved the apartment layouts and achieved a 15% increase in residential units to create the 69 unit scheme. The development is currently being constructed.
